rsvpeasy

Turning the RSVP into an end-to-end experience.

Hosts planning weddings, milestone birthdays, and corporate events were stitching together Paperless Post, Google Forms, Excel, and WhatsApp just to track who was coming. Cuebites built RSVPeasy as a single SaaS platform that takes an RSVP from digital greeting card through to the guest walking in — beautiful enough for weddings, simple enough for a grandparent.

Six apps to send one invite.

Hosts stitched together invitations, trackers, seating plans, and follow-ups across half a dozen tools. Guests were confused, hosts were exhausted, and nothing connected.

RSVPeasy was conceived as a modern answer to the fragmented, frustrating reality of event RSVP management. Hosts planning weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate events, and cultural celebrations were stitching together Paperless Post for invitations, a separate RSVP tracker, Google Forms for dietary requirements, Excel for seating plans, WhatsApp and text messages for follow-ups, and email for thank-you notes afterwards. Nothing connected, guests were confused, and hosts were exhausted.

The founders saw a clear opportunity: a single SaaS platform that took an RSVP from digital greeting card through to the guest arriving at the event — covering invitations, responses, dietary and accessibility requirements, plus-ones, seating, communications, check-in on the day, and post-event thank-yous. They wanted it beautiful enough for weddings, flexible enough for corporate events, and simple enough for a grandparent to use.

The build had to land two demanding audiences simultaneously: event hosts who wanted sophisticated organisational control, and guests who wanted to respond in under thirty seconds without creating an account.

02 · Solution

One platform, end to end.

A full SaaS product covering digital invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, seating, day-of check-in, and post-event thank-you with a web app for hosts and a PWA for guests that needs no account to respond.

Greeting card and invitation management

tdesign

A library of beautifully designed digital invitation templates across wedding, birthday, corporate, cultural, and custom event styles. Hosts customise invitations with their own photography, fonts, colours, and wording, then send by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or a shareable link. Multi-language invitation support for multicultural celebrations. Save-the-dates, formal invitations, and reminder sequences all managed from the same timeline.

Event management

carbon

Hosts create events with dates, venues, multi-session schedules (ceremony → reception → after-party), dress codes, accommodation recommendations, travel information, and gift registries. Different information can be shown to different guest segments — so the ceremony-only guests never see the reception details and vice versa.

RSVP management

boxicons

Guests respond through a frictionless mobile-first flow — no account creation required. They confirm attendance, indicate dietary requirements, flag accessibility needs, respond for plus-ones, choose meal options where offered, and leave notes for the host. Hosts see real-time RSVP dashboards with aggregate statistics and per-guest detail.

Guest list and seating

ant-design

Hosts upload their guest list, segment guests into groups (family, friends, colleagues), track RSVP status at a glance, and use a drag-and-drop visual seating planner to assign guests to tables. The planner respects dietary, accessibility, and relationship constraints automatically — flagging conflicts before the host sends the plan to the venue.

Communications hub.

material-symbols

Automated reminders for unresponded guests, day-before and day-of updates, post-event thank-you messages — all template-driven and scheduled in advance. Hosts can also send ad-hoc announcements to specific segments (for example, updating only out-of-town guests about transport arrangements).

Check-in and live day management

duo-icons

On the day of the event, hosts or their coordinators check guests in through the mobile app, see live arrival tracking, and flag any no-shows for the venue. QR codes on digital tickets streamline check-in for larger events.

Gift and thank-you management.

bi

Hosts log received gifts (by guest, by item, with optional photos) and use the platform to send personalised thank-you cards either digital or with mailing address data exported in a format ready for printed cards.

Multi-event and multi-host support

bi

For professional event planners and venues, a team account structure supports multiple simultaneous events, role-based access, and white-label branding options.

Lead capture and community partner tools.

bi

Multi-channel lead intake with AI-powered scoring, automated follow-up sequences, and referral partner management. A dedicated partner portal gives support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health referrers visibility into their referred participants without exposing other providers' data.

Subscription and billing

bi

Stripe-powered subscription tiers from a free plan for small private events through to a professional plan for planners and venues.

04 · Voices

In their own words.

What the people running these services actually said not sanitised quotes, but real feedback from the operators who use the platform every day.

We wanted to build something that treated an RSVP the way Airbnb treats a booking end to end, beautifully designed, and so easy that guests did not realise they were using a product. Cuebites understood that from the first conversation. They built us a SaaS platform that our hosts, our guests, and even our grandparents can use without friction.
